Mandatory reporter training is required for all PTs consisting of 2 hours of training within six months of employment or self-employment, and one hour of additional training every 3 years. This is provided by DHS and can count toward total CEUs required.

No more than 12 PDR credits shall be earned for approved online continuing education programs or activities during one 24-hour period.
20 CEUs every two years by December 31st. The first two-year continuing education cycle begins on January 1st following the date of initial licensure. Future cycles will run consecutively from that point.
There is a Jurisprudence Exam required with the annual license renewal. This is a 6 question open book exam and is available when you log into your online account to renew your license.
Applicants for renewal must include a list of locations or institutions where they have practiced during the previous five years, and must demonstrate that they have practiced for 320 hours over the past five years.

15 CEUs every year. The due date depends on when you were licensed. If you were licensed before October 1, 2017, CEUs are due on July 31st of each year. If you were licensed on or after October 1, 2017, CEUs are due each year on the date your license was issued.
